AMAZING experience from start to finish. Super organized, kind, comprehensive. I brought my 1-year-old daughter for her first dentist appointment. They had so many toys for her to play with and she was so happy the whole time. They were really engaging with my daughter and really made her feel at home. They are very committed that your kids want to come back to the dentist. I wish every medical provider was like them. I am a very very impressed new customer and this will definitely be my kids’ full-time dentist

Excellent all around. We had my infant daughter’s oral ties assessed with Kidstown everyone was so kind, professional and organized. The clinic for the oral ties was informative. I took my older daughter back two days later to have her assessed for a tongue tie and the entire process was great! I felt like all of my questions were answered and concerns were put to ease. I have already recommended you all and will continue to do so!

My 5 year old son had to have a dental procedure where he had to be fully sedated. It was a scary process to go through and understand but the dentist, staff, and anesthesiologist were extremely transparent about the process- they called me in advance about what to expect. When we got there everyone was so warm and thoughtful- I received updates every so often while my son had his procedure. They truly went above and beyond to help make us comfortable in an uncomfortable situation.

I was very impressed with Kidstown. We drove an hour and a half to use them because they came so highly recommended by our pediatrician. Once we were there I understood why they were so highly recommended. Everyone was polite, professional and really seemed to care about each client. We were there to get a frenotomy for our 1 month old and it went very smoothly. I also heard the dentists working with older kids and was so impressed with their kindness and patience with all ages

Staff A+++!! I was having a day with my newborn and very energetic toddler. The staff was very welcoming and helpful with my toddler.

I have never been to a dentist where you felt calm and happy. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Not only did they treatmy son like VIP but so did my other 2 kids with me. They really took time with my son, made of fun for him and made us feel like we were top priority. I am so happy I came here because they made it so nice that my son asked if he could come back tomorrow.

We had a great visit! There was a very short wait. The Dentist got to us quickly and performed a very thorough but quick exam on my 3 year old and 1 year old. It was pleasant for them. After the exam, they explained everything well and were very clear on the next steps to take. I was very impressed!

We had a wonderful experience at Kidstown. Absolutely amazing staff. I told my husband if I could work anywhere, it would be a place like Kidstown Dental. I had a question about my son late last night at 8pm or 9pm and I got an immediate response. You seriously don't get this type of care and expertise anywhere else.

The staff are real, very friendly, and down to earth. We were truly treated like family and felt welcomed. My 3 year old was so comfortable throughout the entire appointment and actually didn't want to leave.
